Blue Thunder Technologies introduces its Ulti- mate 5 wipes for use in cleanrooms. The wipe material is antistatic and extremely low in particle generation and in chemical extractables. The polyester fibers and carbon core nylon fibers are continuously filamented throughout the no-run knit construction. Laundered in a class 100 cleanroom using ultra-filtered water of .45 μ purity and HEPA-filtered air during moisture removal, the wipes are laser cut and hermetically sealed in cleanroom-cleaned packaging under class 10 air-stream. All wipes are individually inspected with lot-to-lot trace- ability using ISO 9000 standards.
