Sugammadex injection is indicated for the reversal of neuromuscular blockades induced by rocuronium bromide and vecuronium bromide in adult and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older undergoing surgery. Sugammadex injection is available in 10 single dose 2 mL vials of 200 mg/2 mL (100 mg/mL) and 10 single dose 5 mL vials of 500 mg/5 mL (100 mg/mL).
