Temperature Monitoring Voice Response Feature

Cooper-Atkins Corporation

Cooper-Atkins announces Interactive Voice Response (IVR), an addition to the 24/7 temperature monitoring TempTrak Enterprise. This new feature instantly delivers critical phone alerts when parameters are exceeded. Phone alerts include sensor name, ID, last recorded value, and duration of sensor in violation state. These alerts prompt the user to choose and document specific corrective actions that remedy the issue(s). The TempTrak database maintains records of the phone call notifications and employees alerted. Requiring alerts to be acknowledged helps ensure that out-of-range activity is addressed and corrected. These corrective actions help maintain regulatory compliance and staff accountability. IVR is now available for TempTrak v5.0.
