Nilotinib is indicated for the treatment of Philadelphia chromosome positive chronic myeloid leukemia (Ph+ CML) for pediatric patients greater than or equal to 1 year of age and adults, based on various stages of disease diagnosis, disease progression, and previous treatment results. The capsules are available in 150 mg and 200 mg strengths; each supplied in four blister packs of 28 capsules.
