Built for high-volume pharmacies, the SynMed Ultra Blister Packager from Parata Systems is an automated adherence packaging solution that can produce up to 90 multi-dose or 180 single-dose blister cards per hour. Well-suited for medication management programs with patients on an average of seven medications, the system offers expanded storage capacity. There are 508 internal RFID containers and the potential for unlimited external containers ideal for filling cytotoxic medications. The robot also features two picking units that provide the ability to fill different cards simultaneously. The system’s onsite calibration is adapted for generic changes and stockouts.
