Rubbermaid Medical Solutions (RMS) announces the addition of an adjustable height cabinet to its line of wall-mounted electronic medical record (EMR) workstations. The wall-mounted cabinet gives the workstation an electronic lift with 15 inches of height adjustment to accommodate a variety of users in seated or standing positions. The cabinet also offers enhanced security through a PIN code locking system—a proximity sensor detects when the user walks away, and automatically closes the workstation to prevent unauthorized access. Offering ample space for documents and supplies, ergonomically designed features include a task light, as well as an extra-large mouse pad enabling point and click software applications. The workstation is available in 21 finishes to complement any facility’s décor.
