IntelliDose, IntrinsiQ’s clinical chemotherapy management system, is launching IntelliScribe, which will help providers use IntelliDose to automatically order all patient medications electronically. IntelliScribe electronically generates prescriptions at any point in the chemotherapy order writing process, and incorporates RelayHealth’s eScript to enable physicians to file chemotherapy medication orders electronically for the patient’s entire treatment regime. Caregiver prescriptions can include pre-medications, IV chemotherapy doses, as well as take-home supportive medications such as antiemetics. Oral chemotherapy can be specified as the primary treatment, or in combination with infused medications, and prescription information is automatically updated in the IntelliDose patient record.
