The Emporos MerchantSoft Mobile Drive Through Signature app was creatively deployed at University of Colorado Hospital to facilitate an employee prescription delivery service. Mobile devices running the Drive Through app at the pick-up locations, 70 miles away from the central fill, are configured on the hospital's backbone network. When an employee picks up a script, the tech uses the mobile device to scan the receipt bar code, which downloads the sales record. The employee signs for the script directly on the mobile device. The electronic signature is available for reporting of delivery status, as well as adjudication.
